Who We Are
The Basin Street Regulars is non-profit a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. We are dedicated to the preservation and promotion of traditional jazz, in providing a place where jazz musicians can play and providing young musicians the opportunity to play along with older, more experienced musicians. To further this last interest, we provide scholarships to jazz music camps for promising young musicians.

Our Objectives
   • To promote and preserve Traditional Jazz
   • To provide a common meeting ground where traditional jazz musicians can play their music to interested audiences
   • To provide a liaison between jazz musicians, jazz societies and the listening public
   • To provide young musicians of high school and college age and other beginners with the opportunity to play along with older and more experienced       musicians
