Titles annexed as an .rm file are the smallest (the least hungry, bytewise) and will load fastest to play with RealPlayer or RealAudio. Those with an .mp3 file are quite larger, but sound quality is better. With QuickTime they will (or should, depending on your machinery) load while they play.
